Principal, Product Owner

Principal, Product Owner with 9+ years delivering data and analytics products across insurance, consumer health, pharmaceuticals and financial services. At Marsh, I lead broking and claims analytics products supporting billions in client premiums, uncovering millions in placement opportunities and more than $2m in attributable revenue.

My IT career has spanned commercial sales and marketing, regulatory affairs and operations, and global manufacturing supply chain. Previously at Kenvue and Johnson & Johnson, I built commercial analytics and Amazon marketplace tools that drove multi-million-dollar growth, and scaled a regional automation function from Regional CIO investment. Earlier at Pfizer and GSK, I delivered technology in highly regulated environments, including a system later adapted for the Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccine rollout.

    F. A. Former direct report at Johnson & Johnson

  2. “Will has been an inspiration for me through my journey in J&J. The way he communicates with the team and supports each of us makes him a truly great manager and leader. He always offers his help and gets the best out of people. His ability to create simple solutions for the most complex problems, with great ideas and knowledge.”

    X. S. Former direct report at Johnson & Johnson

  3. “Will joined GSK as an industrial placement student, making himself indispensable to our IT tech delivery team - from test scripts to validation in a GxP environment. He has a great sense of preempting project requirements. We took the unusual step of keeping him within our team on a part-time basis through his final college year.”

    D. B. Former manager at GSK

  4. “I have been mentoring Will during his industrial placement at GSK. He is eager to learn, wants to succeed, and takes responsibility for growing his skills.
